Our 60 minute classes are designed for every day humans who are seeking ways to evolve and grow – they incorporate scientifically proven breath techniques designed to help unlock the full potential of your breathing, regulate your nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety. Breathwork can also positively impact your overall mental and physical health, and emotional wellbeing. Our classes are suitable for beginners and those experienced in breathwork.
No need to bring anything except your open mind and heart, we provide mats, blankets and bolsters.
